Tell us the dates
Message on WhatsApp with the piece and the days you need it. We reply within shop hours to confirm it is free.
Pay the rate and deposit
The daily rate is listed on each piece, alongside a refundable security deposit. UPI, or cash at the shop.
Collect or have it couriered
Pick it up from the shop in Solapur, or we courier it to you — cost depends on the pincode.
Return it, deposit back
Bring it back on or before the agreed date. The deposit is refunded the same day if all looks well.

The deposit
Refundable, and set at the piece's replacement value. Minor repairs come out of it and you get the rest; return it in good condition and you get all of it, the same day.
Changing your mind
Cancel more than 48 hours before pickup and the rental fee is refunded in full. Inside 48 hours the fee is retained, but the deposit always comes back.
Looking after it
Keep it away from perfume, hairspray and water, and store it in the pouch we send. If something works loose during normal wear, message us — small repairs are usually free.
