Rental terms

We rent bridal sets and statement pieces for weddings, haldi, mehendi, festival days, and shoots. Phase 1 of the website handles the booking by WhatsApp — pick the dates online, and we confirm with you in chat.

Pricing

  • Daily rental fee. Listed on each rental piece. Charged per calendar day from the date you collect to the date you return.
  • Refundable security deposit. Listed on each rental piece. Held while the piece is with you and refunded when it comes back in good condition.

Both fees are payable at the time of pickup or before dispatch — whichever comes first.

How booking works (Phase 1)

  1. Pick the piece on /rent, choose your dates, click Reserve via WhatsApp.
  2. WhatsApp opens with the dates and item already filled in. We reply within shop hours to confirm availability.
  3. Once confirmed, you pay the rental fee + deposit by UPI or in cash at the shop.
  4. You collect from the shop, or we courier it (cost on top, depending on pincode).
  5. Return on or before the agreed date. Deposit is refunded the same day if everything looks good.

Phase 2 of the site will let you book and pay online with an automated availability calendar. For now, the WhatsApp confirmation is the booking.

Care while you have the piece

  • Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, and water — handcrafted finishes can mark.
  • Store in the pouch we provide; not under heavy items.
  • If anything breaks during normal wear, message us — small repairs are usually free.

Damage, loss, late return

  • Minor damage (loose stone, slight bend): we repair from the deposit; you receive what's left.
  • Major damage or loss: the security deposit covers the cost of replacement. If the deposit is less than the replacement cost (rare; we set deposits at full replacement value), the difference is owed.
  • Late return: the daily rate continues for each day past the agreed return date. We'll always check in by WhatsApp first if a piece doesn't come back on time.

Cancellations

  • Cancel more than 48 hours before pickup — full refund.
  • Cancel within 48 hours — rental fee non-refundable; deposit refunded.
  • If we have to cancel (the piece is unavailable, an unexpected closure) — full refund.

Eligibility

We rent to anyone with a valid Indian phone number. Bridal sets in particular are popular — we recommend booking 2–3 weeks ahead of your event.
